Maynard & Harris Attorneys at Law, PLLC frequently works on behalf of lawyers outside of North Carolina. We maintain a comprehensive personal injury and workers' compensation practice, accepting referrals for all types of accidents occurring in or near the Winston-Salem area.

Our firm is made up of two lawyers, each of whom has more than 14 years of experience. Both have spent their entire legal careers in North Carolina, and each has previous experience relevant to their current work. Douglas Maynard was an insurance adjuster before becoming an attorney and Celeste Harris is a former registered nurse.

We frequently assist colleagues whose clients are involved in auto accidents in North Carolina. Many such clients are traveling from New York to Florida on 95 and 85, or take vacations in North Carolina.

We also assist out-of-state lawyers with workers' compensation claims. For example, if a tractor trailer from another state gets in a wreck in North Carolina, you can handle the injury claim and leave the workers' compensation claim to us.
